Maintain the attitude of gratitude, it is necessary to take time out from business, and remember you for all the blessings which give play to keep us on a daily basis. This is a way to help us, what we do not have all the things we are not what brings us to the victim mentality to focus.

We can not recognize that gratitude is a choice, and that it is not easy for many of us. Most of us learned as children to say "thanks" when someone gave us a gift or something nice for us.
